We want you to be really happy with everything you buy from us.
If you aren’t happy with a purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund less the original delivery costs (the amount you paid for delivery). Returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unassembled etc. You have to cover the cost of returning items to us.

Please make sure items are well packed; we suggest returning items in their original packaging. We can’t refund items that are damaged on their return journey to us.

We recommend you get a (free) proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t refund returned items that fail to arrive back with us.
If the item(s) you are returning cost more than £75 we recommend you use a tracked delivery service with insurance to the value of the item(s) you are returning. We can’t refund returned items that fail to arrive back with us, or that are damaged on their return journey to us.

2. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
Very occasionally items are faulty or damaged. If you think this is the case please contact us as soon as you can and within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a free exchange or return.
3. SALE ITEMS:
Items purchased at reduced price or in advertised sales - the same as normal returns except we ask you to return sale items within 14 days.
